Yes, each Ealing Boiler Services plan includes an annual boiler service, with different levels of support depending on the plan you choose.

If the Ealing Boiler Services have installed the boiler, we will offer you the service plans as part of the installation.
If, however, Ealing Boiler Services have not installed the boiler, we will require to complete a pre-plan Building regulations inspection. This will be a free of charge service when booked with our Standard Boiler Service. If all is as expected, we will offer a suitable service plan.

Yes – annual servicing by a Gas Safe engineer is required to maintain the warranty.
